You'll be overworked and underpaid. You'll get burnt out. It's too hard.
How I responded:
We only need enough money to be comfortable, any more money won't make you any happier. Most people work for most of their lives, so you might as well be passionate about what you do. I am excited to go to work every day because I love the teachers and kids I serve. Maybe I'll get burnt out and change careers, but I will never regret having a job that makes a difference and brings me joy.
