Progress comes faster for others than for myself.
How I responded:
It's not about hearing but witnessing that progress comes faster for others than for myself, which I find very discouraging. I recently started doing Yoga to increase flexibility but I'm not achieving my goal as fast as others. Whatever you do, as long as work hard at it, you can achieve it. Don't worry about others and focus on yourself. No matter how slow your progress is, it does not equal failure because you will get there. I remind myself of this every day and it helps keep me motivated.
