Life & Career Milestones
My path in life has been direct
1.
My Father passed away in accident when I was in 4th grade.due to his investments & help from money received from insurance we were able to complete studies & acquire good jobs by hard work.
2.
as a bright student, I was hoping to get admission in Top colleges but luckily/unluckily got selected for newly opened college where we were first batch of that College. Big turn around in Career path
3.
being first batch to pass out, we were not able to get high quality education, but didnt loose faith & Continued hard work. Happy to say, I was first girl from my College who got placed in MNC.
4.
Had struggles with Initial days on the job due to a difference in the quality of education and social awkwardness. Overcame those obstacles by making self improvements, learning new technologies.

1. you stand on 2nd last position within others who have same experience as yours. 2. with such work practices, you are not doing good. 3. team will loose faith in you. 4. You are good for Nothing.
How I responded:
Take criticism in positive way & prove others (as well as yourself) wrong by working hard to get what you want. Sometimes use your hobby or or art (or whatever you're good at) to re-build your confidence.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
Studied hard to get a job as soon as I was out of college. By the grace of God & due to good grades, I got selected for an on-campus interview even before I completed my degree. Then i helped my family financially to overcome financial issues.
