Life & Career Milestones

My path in life took a while to figure out

  • 1.

    Loved learning.

  • 2.

But I had a philosophy degree.

  • 3.

So I got an entry level job at a learning organization I admired.

  • 4.

Then I kept applying for better jobs inside that org.

  • 5.

Then I landed with a good boss who encouraged me.

  • 6.

Then I suggested we could do more online.

  • 7.

And they said, OK kid, give it a try.

  • 8.

    And I have never stopped.

Defining Moments

How I responded to discouragement

  • THE NOISE

    Messages from Myself:

You should have a degree in a specific professional area.

  • How I responded:

I wasn't exactly sure what to do for a profession. So I took a small thread of one interest area (love of learning), and sought out an organization that would be a place I could grow my interest.
